President Obama deserves the Nobel Peace Prize because he is planning to bring American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan back to the U.S. That is all I can think of for him receiving it.
On the other hand, I believe the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to President Obama, so that he would not add another 40,000 troops to Afghanistan, as recommended by top military leaders familiar with the Afghan War. The President would now be too embarrassed to do so, since he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
Whoever decided that President Obama would receive the Nobel Peace Prize must have had a "hidden agenda."
